At Slugger Skate Store, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear. If your purchase isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and skate hardware is unopened.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
