How long does shipping take for skateboards and hardware?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those who need their new setup as soon as possible.
Can I return a skateboard deck if I have already applied grip tape?
No. Once a deck has been gripped or assembled with trucks and wheels, it is considered used and cannot be returned. Returns are only accepted for items in their original, brand-new condition.
Do you offer professional assembly for complete skateboards?
Yes! If you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings in a single order, you can select the 'Assemble My Board' option at checkout, and our team will build it for you free of charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Klarna and Afterpay.
How do I know what size deck I should buy?
Deck size is largely based on personal preference and shoe size. Generally, 7.75" to 8.25" is great for technical street skating, while 8.5" and above is preferred for transition and pool skating. Check our Size Guide for more details.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your gear arrives with a manufacturer defect or shipping damage, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can process a replacement immediately.
